The room was good-sized and updated; the bed was large. The very helpful staff made a good impression. That hotel was in an absolutely perfect and magnificent location, to everything including shopping. There were variety of restaurants to eat, like Bapa's Burrito that was only 15 minutes' walk away.

Spotless hotel in a nice building so close to Niagara Falls and Niagara on the Lake, a Huge shopping outlet, and the Old Town. Immaculately clean rooms with extremely comfy beds and wake-up service. Lovely garden views. Nice experience there.

I had a great experience staying at this hotel. The location was perfect, right across from the outlets and close to all the main attractions. The room was spacious, clean, and well-lit. The bathroom had a wonderful rainfall showerhead and a lighted magnifying makeup mirror. The staff were friendly and professional. I also enjoyed the fresh flowers in the lobby and the live music in the bar. it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
The only downside was that the pillows were too soft for my liking.
